FLORENTINE OPERA
BAUMGARTNER STUDIO ARTIST
September 2024 - May 2025
Lauryn will join the Florentine Opera's 2024/25 Baumgartner Studio Artist program. She will play The Mother/Aunt in Puccini's Madama Butterfly, Primo Musico in Donizetti’s Viva la Mamma, and Mercedes in Bizet's Carmen. She will also perform Cinderella with their Opera in Schools program. Lastly, she will be featured in many concerts with scenes, arias, and more!
SARASOTA OPERA
APPRENTICE ARTIST
January - March, 2024
Lauryn will be joining the Sarasota Opera's 2024 Apprentice Artist program. She will be in the chorus of Bizet's Carmen, Verdi's Luisa Miller, and Donizetti's Lucia di Lammermoor. She will also be performing in various scenes concerts and outreach programs

VIVALDI'S GLORIA

NSCS' initial concert of our 88th season featured the US Midwest première of Dale Trumbore’s Magnificat, setting a contemporary poem about The Annunciation by Lynn Ungar – paired with Vivaldi’s effervescent Gloria, both performed by chorus and full orchestra. Rounding out the program were Dale Trumbore's Ring Out, Ye Bells, a setting of Howard Thurman's beloved text, I Will Light Candles This Christmas, by Kim André Arnesen, and two settings of O Magnum Mysterium, by Jeff Ens and Mark A. Miller.
